How will you package my order?

Can I check the progress of my order?

I’ve received my order, but some products are damaged – what should I do?
While we try to minimise the risk of damage during transportation, it’s sometimes unavoidable. If it happens to you, take a photo or video of the broken goods and email it to us, along with your order number. If serious damage has occurred, we’ll send you a replacement, free of charge.
I’ve been contacted by customs – what should I do?
Occasionally, our packages are picked up by customs and held until further duty is paid. If you find yourself in this situation, we recommend ignoring the request and refusing receipt. You can then speak to our customer care team, who’ll organise to re-send your order asap, at no extra cost.
It’s past the maximum delivery period and my order still hasn’t arrived – what should I do?
If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, we suggest checking its progress with 17TRACK service. Delays are often caused by simple address issues, which you can fix by contacting the delivery company directly and confirming the correct details.
